Veterans in Command has been a 501c3 non-profit organization.
Our mission in Veteran In Command is to provide alternative community settings for homeless veterans and other transitional groups. It is our commitment to provide the kind of housing that we would live in ourselves.
Our Goal
Our goal is to help those we serve to reintegrate into society by building their self-esteem and becoming more productive. We do this through different social services by providing physical and mental health care and providing workforce development that includes career and job placement after the training program. Assisting homelessness is the ultimate completion of our work with each individual.

Gardening Project
Community is an essential part of growth and connection. Through the gardening project we not only seek to build community, but to also increase awareness about the importance of horticulture.

Clean Energy Career Training
Clean energy initiatives provide reliable and meaningful work opportunities. We help individuals agin the skills need to engage and grow in these professions.

As a place of transition our goal is to help individuals secure employment and self reliance through their own housing.
